Emergency dentistry

A chipped, cracked or broken tooth should be checked quickly, even if it doesn't hurt. Dentist @ Burswood repairs small chips with tooth-coloured bonding, and protects larger breaks and cracks with a filling or crown. We repair broken crowns too. Our Rivervale practice is easy to reach from Victoria Park, Kewdale and Carlisle.

What it is

Before you come in, rinse with warm water, press gauze on any bleeding, keep any broken pieces and hold a cold compress on your cheek. Cracks can spread and let bacteria in, so we check how deep the damage goes with an exam and X-ray, then repair it with bonding, a filling or a crown, or root canal treatment if the crack reaches the nerve.
